For the last 15 years, I managed operations, scaled PMOs, and built strategic roadmaps within the world of semiconductor R&D, manufacturing, and complex technology ecosystems. I led technical teams through rapid innovation, navigated multi-million dollar operational bottlenecks, and designed disciplined execution frameworks.
