Meet Amie Kaplin

A Certified Executive Coach, Project Management Professional (PMP®), and Enterprise Strategy Leader dedicated to bridging high-stakes execution with deep personal legacy.

I spent over two decades in the rooms where critical decisions are made. For the last 15 years, I managed operations, scaled PMOs, and built strategic roadmaps within the world of semiconductor R&D, manufacturing, and complex technology ecosystems. I led technical teams through rapid innovation, navigated multi-million dollar operational bottlenecks, and designed disciplined execution frameworks.

Through that journey, I discovered my why: Professional excellence should never come at the cost of personal integrity, mental bandwidth, or family legacy.

When successful organizations hit a ceiling, it is rarely a strategy problem. It is often a noise problem. I founded Sage Crest to help founders, engineers, and visionary leaders cut through systemic friction. As a strategic partner, I help you isolate your core clarity gaps, escape the tactical weeds, and build sustainable structures.

My methodology isn’t based on abstract consulting theories; it is backed by continuous mastery:

  • Enterprise Architecture: As a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and MBA, I speak the language of metrics, timelines, dependencies, and resource optimization. I understand how to turn a visionary idea into a predictable operational pulse.
  • Advanced Leadership & Performance: Through advanced credentials from eCornell in Executive Leadership and Performance Leadership, I deploy cutting-edge frameworks designed to optimize human capital and drive efficiency.
  • Rigorous Coaching Standards: As a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I adhere to the highest standards of professional accountability, radical honesty, and strategic partnership.

When I am not architecting clarity with executives, you will find me in my local community, at school functions or rehabilitating dilapidated properties. This is more than a hobby; it’s the physical manifestation of my core philosophy. Whether I am restoring a forgotten piece of local architecture or unclogging a corporate bottleneck, the objective is the same: To strip away the decay and friction, rebuild on a rock-solid foundation, and leave the structure stronger and more beautiful than I found it.

Your business, your family, and your community deserve a leader operating at their absolute peak. Let’s build a legacy you are fiercely proud of, both in the office and at home.

Drop me a line and let’s chat.
